After nearly 30 years and three degrees in the industry, I've decided to venture further. My passion for learning and understanding how to work with restrictive diets has led me to add accreditation through Cornell University's Division of Nutritional Sciences so that I can pair that with decades of experience and advise others on enhancing their menus using the items they already have, and a few small changes, to create inspired and unique options for those who seek them.
