OUR STORY

'Tween The Tides is a quick service restaurant excited to offer International Street Eats, Standard American Fare, some eclectic Cape Cod Fusions, with a passion for Plant Based Options. Located inside Aquarium Marketplace, a favorite destination for locals and tourists, offering open indoor seating, and a large waterfront deck for casual dining on beautiful Cape Cod Bay.​

'Tween The Tides is owned and operated by

Bethany Marie Gregory. Bethany has more than 25 years of food service and management experience, working in both restaurants and catering venues. She has worked for renowned chef Jose Garces (of Iron Chef America fame) at several restaurants and oversaw operations for catering in the Cira Centre (Amtrak Building)

division of JG Domestic.
